Although it was never going to be released in America or the UK, the game does feature English instructions and the cards are in English too.

Description

An electronic game that is aimed at girls and young women. Features a simple game, a love compatibility tester, tarot card reader and the usual clock.

The game comes with 22 tarot cards (will check) which are drawn with Tuxedo Sam characters so they look overly cute, even for Death... The cards are required for tarot feature. It also features 20 (will check again) Zener cards for an ESP game, which does not use the game itself. There are also 2 blank cards too.

The instructions are in Japanese but there are a few pages with English instructions which give you an idea on how to use the game.
